This page explains what we store in your browser when you visit tranquilia.wtr3.ch.
The short answer fits on two lines: browsing this website leaves no cookie in your browser. You will see a notice asking you about the measurement cookies we are preparing; until you accept, none is installed.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a tiny file that a website stores in your browser. It is used to remember things: your session, your preferences, whether you have already chosen something.
We also cover here other similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage. The law treats them the same way (art. 22.2 LSSI-CE).
2. Your permission: when it is needed and when it is not

Statistics and advertising cookies need your consent (art. 22.2 LSSI-CE and arts. 6.1.a and 7 GDPR). Consent means: you do something to say yes. No pre-ticked boxes, no carrying on browsing, no silence.
We use neither of those two. That is why the rest of this page is shorter than you were expecting.
3. The banner: what it asks you and what happens to your answer
In v1.1 of this page we promised that if we ever wanted to measure, we would publish the banner before loading anything. That day has half arrived: we are preparing analytics and campaign pixels to understand our sales funnel, so the banner is already published — and the tags are not yet installed. The order matters: first your permission, then the measurement.
How it works, with no small print:
- "Accept all" and "Reject all" are equally easy: same size, same place, one click. Rejecting takes nothing away: the site works exactly the same.
- "Configure" lets you say yes to one purpose and no to another (analytics yes, marketing no, or the other way round). No box comes pre-ticked.
- Your choice is kept in a single first-party cookie of ours (
tq_cookie_consent, 12 months) that only exists if you click. Recording your "no" is what lets us not ask you again. - Changing your mind costs the same as deciding: the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer reopens the notice whenever you want.
- If your browser blocks JavaScript, you will not see the banner — and no measurement will load either. Failure always lands on the safe side.
As long as points 4.3 and 4.4 of this page say "none", accepting installs nothing yet: your choice is recorded for the day measurement goes live, and this page will be updated that same day with the detail of every tool.
4. What cookies we actually use
4.1 When browsing the public website — none
Reading the home page, the pricing, the blog, the use cases or these legal pages does not set a single cookie. Nor do we store anything in the browser's local storage.
Language is no exception: it travels in the page address (/es/, /ca/, /fr/…), not in a cookie.
The only possible cookie on the public website is the one holding your answer to the banner, and it only appears if you decide:

It is ours (first-party), goes to no one, and remembering your choice is precisely the use the law treats as exempt from permission.
4.2 If you log in to your account — only the essential ones
These cookies only exist if you log in. They are strictly necessary for the session to work and to be secure, so they do not need your permission.

They are all ours (first-party), they travel with HttpOnly — the page's JavaScript cannot read them — with SameSite=Strict and with Secure over HTTPS. None of them goes out to another company.
Your Tranquilia instance, on its own subdomain, also uses its session cookie, on the same principle: the minimum needed for you to work.
4.3 Statistics — none
We have no Google Analytics and no other audience measurement tool installed. We do not know how many people read each article, and for now we live quite happily with that ignorance.
4.4 Advertising — none
No social network pixels, no remarketing, no cross-site tracking. We do not need them in order to sell.
5. Third-party scripts: blocked at the root
This website loads no script from another company. And it is not just a promise: the browser enforces it.
We serve a content security policy (CSP) that starts from default-src 'none' and only allows connections to our own domain. If someone added a third-party script tomorrow without touching that policy, the browser would block it.
As there are no third parties, visiting this site sends no data of yours to the United States or to any other country outside the European Union.
The services we use to provide the service you take out (payments, AI, telephone) are another matter. Those do not depend on your browser and they are explained, one by one, in the Privacy policy.
6. How to delete cookies anyway
Even though there is almost nothing to delete here, your browser is always in charge:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy and security.
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy.
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
If you delete the session cookies, you will simply have to log in again.
7. Your rights and your questions
You can ask us for access, erasure or objection regarding your data. It is all explained in the Privacy policy.
If you want to complain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) also supervises cookies in Spain: aepd.es.

8. Changes to this policy
If we ever add a cookie that needs your permission, we ask you before setting it and we update this table and the date at the top at that same moment.
9. Honesty about this document
This policy has been drafted with AI assistance, verified against the sources cited and checked against the site's code: the table in section 4 comes from reviewing every cookie the program writes, not from what we had planned to do.
The previous version of this page described a consent banner and a Google Analytics configuration that never came to exist. We say so here instead of correcting it silently: we sell compliance, and a legal text that describes imaginary controls is exactly what we would hold against someone else.
It is pending review by a Swiss lawyer before the commercial launch.
This is the English translation. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Spanish version prevails.
