How it works

  1. You add the company

    Name, NIF and line of business. The app already knows what a bar, a dental clinic or a garage needs, so it won’t ask what the trade already tells it.

  2. Your client answers

    One question at a time, in plain language, on their phone. Every one has an "I don’t know" button, the same size as the rest — it explains with an example and fills in the safest answer.

  3. Out come the documents

    Record of processing activities, privacy clauses, processor agreements, CCTV sign and the rest of their file — in their name, with their logo, as PDFs, ready to sign.

Where the data lives

We’re selling peace of mind, so let’s start with the scary bit: what actually happens to your clients’ data.

    Your firm shares its database with no one. This isn’t a folder inside a shared system — it’s a server of its own, with your subdomain, your data and nothing else.

  • In the European Union, encrypted

    Servers in the EU. Personal data is encrypted in the database, and backups are encrypted before they ever leave the machine.

  • We never hold your data hostage

    You can export everything whenever you like, even after you stop paying. Cancelling takes two clicks, and your licence stays live until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

  • The case files never reach us

    The platform that sells you the licence and the instance that stores the case files are two separate systems, with two separate databases. We know which licence you hold; we’ve no idea which companies are inside.

Frequently asked questions

Is it really 15 minutes?

For a straightforward small business, yes. A clinic handling health data, or a business with a big payroll, takes longer. We don’t sell it as a stopwatch.

Can I try it without paying, and without a card?

Yes. Two companies, every feature, no time limit and no card. It isn’t a cut-down demo — it’s the whole app with a quota of two.

Is it for me or for my clients?

For you. You add your companies and they answer on their phones. If a client won’t touch it, you answer for them with the "my firm does it" mode.

What if my client can’t answer a question?

Every question has an "I don’t know" button, the same size as the rest. It explains with an example, fills in the safest answer, and tells them which one it used. They can change it later.

Do the documents carry my logo or my client’s?

The client company’s — their logo, their NIF, their address. The status report carries both, yours and theirs.

Do you charge me VAT?

No. We invoice from Switzerland to EU businesses, so the invoice carries no VAT and you self-assess it in Spain (reverse charge, art. 84 LIVA). We check your VAT number against VIES when you buy.

Can you do me a deal?

No. The price is the same for everyone and it’s published. We’ve no margin to move it, and we’d rather tell you straight.

What if I stop paying?

You drop gently back to the free plan. Your first two companies stay active, the rest go read-only, and export always keeps working. We never hold your data hostage.

How do I cancel?

Two clicks from your account, no phone call needed. Your licence stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and then you drop back to the free plan.

Is my data mixed with other firms’ data?

No. Each firm has its own instance, with its own database and its own subdomain. Another firm’s data is never on your machine.

Can I take my data with me whenever I want?

Yes, always — full export from the app, even when you’re read-only or have stopped paying.

Do I need a NIF to buy?

Yes. We only sell to professionals, and we need the NIF in order to invoice you without VAT.
