Security and trust

We sell a data protection app, so it would be a bit rich not to hold ourselves to the same standard. Here’s what we do, in plain language.

  1. One instance per firm

Each firm has its own server and its own database. There’s no shared table with a "client" column that someone could read the wrong way — another firm’s data simply isn’t on your machine, so no bug can ever show it to you.

  2. Encryption where it matters

Personal data (names, NIF, emails, phone numbers) is stored encrypted. Anyone who walked off with the file would be walking off with noise. Backups are encrypted before they leave the machine too, so a stolen copy is worthless without the key.

  3. Hosted in the European Union

The servers are in the EU. There’s no international data transfer simply because you use the app.

  4. The platform can’t see your case files

The system that sells you the licence and invoices you lives apart, with its own database. It knows you exist and which plan you’re on. It has no idea which companies you added, or what they answered. That isn’t a promise — it’s how the thing is built.

  5. A record of who did what

Every sensitive action is written to a hash-chained log — if someone altered an old line, the chain would break and it would show. It’s there to prove diligence if the AEPD ever asks.

  6. The AI doesn’t learn from your data

The text the AI writes comes from an external model, but your data is never used to train it — and you can plug in your own key if you’d rather that relationship were yours directly.

What we don’t promise you

We don’t publish an uptime percentage and we don’t sign an SLA. We put the means in place (real-time replication between two servers, encrypted backups, automatic monitoring) and we tell you the truth on the status page. A pretty number on a website has never brought a server back up.

For your clients

This bit is written so you can forward it straight to the company that’ll answer the questionnaire. Copy it as it is.

Your firm uses an app to get you compliant with data protection law. You’ll get a link with a few simple questions about your business.

Your answers are stored in your firm’s system, on European servers, encrypted. They’re not sold, not shared and never used for advertising.

If a question doesn’t make sense, there’s an "I don’t know" button that explains it with an example and fills in the safest answer. You can change it later.

When you’re done, your documents come out with your name and your logo. They’re yours — download them whenever you like.
